Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on July 1, 2019 at the age of 88. Survived by his loving wife, Nancy. He will be missed by his children, Alison, Bradley (Holly) and Gregory (Kelly). Cherished grandfather of, Matthew (Tiffany), Erik and Dylan and 3 great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mikayla and Leevi. He will be missed by his best fur friend, Ryder. The family would like to thank Dr. Dawson and the staff at the Sault Area Hospital on 3C for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the charity of your choice. In keeping with Douglas' wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
