TARABORRELLI, Dolores ‘Dolly’ (nee DiMicoli)
So peacefully into the arms of her precious family in Heaven, Dolores passed away at ARCH, surrounded by her family on Saturday January 11, 2020 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Mario. Proud Mother of and lovingly reunited with her beautiful children the late Eddy (Rita), the late Anna Capy (Jim) and her angel baby Lena. Most precious and adored Nun of Michael (Amanda), Tiana Capy (Steven Vorholt) and Tara Armstrong (Patrick). Best friend to her great grand doggy Ruby. Daughter of the late Filomena (nee Budani) and Guido DiMicoli. Dearest sister of the late Frankie DiMicoli (late Josie). Sister-in-law of the late Binella Cinquino (late Antonio) of Italy, Gus Taraborrelli (Maria) of Windsor and the late Cesare Taraborrelli. Special cousin of Mary Taraborrelli and Dalia Civitarese (late Joe). Much loved godmother of Julia Shaw (Dan). Special Zia to many nieces and nephews. So fondly known as Dolly to many, she touched the hearts of all that were blessed to know her. Her beauty, sense of humour and enormously kind heart will never be forgotten. Her love of cooking and family will forever live on in her grandchildren. She loved fiercely, suffered quietly and fought courageously. Her strength was truly remarkable. For as much as we wish she was still here with us, we know there was a special place in Heaven waiting for her. She has been reunited with her Heavenly family and in that we find peace. Special thanks to Dr. Berry, Dr. Shafiee and all of the staff of the SAH Renal Dialysis Unit for treating her like family. She loved you all. Per Dolores’s wishes, a private family service will be held at Holy Sepulchre cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the SAH Renal Care Fund or ARCH would be appreciated by the family.
