Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Tuesday December 24, 2019 with family by her side at the age of 75. Loving mother of Christine Davey. Predeceased by her parents Harold and June Davey. Sister of Joyce Aikens, Melvin (Mimi), Cathy (Russ) Ward, Steve (Cindy) and the late Patricia Malone. She will be missed be her nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held on Saturday January 4, 2019 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #25 (96 Great Northern Rd). The family would like to thank the 3rd floor nurses and staff of Extendicare Van Daele and the Sault Area Hospital 3B for the care given to Barbara. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Extendicare Van Daele Residents Council (payable by cheque).
