With profound sadness the family announces her peaceful passing at the Algoma Manor in Thessalon. Cathy was the daughter of Charles and Kathleen Robinson. Sister of Doreen (Mervyn), Chuck (Irene), late Garry (Barb), late Bud (Phyllis), late Eva (late Harold) and the late Delmar. Mom/gram was married in 1949 to John, the one true love of her life who predeceased her in 1997. She was the loving mother of Chuck (friend Carol) and Ron (Cindy) and proud grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Some of Mom’s interest were crosswords, reading and walking. Reading hundreds of books and walking hundreds of miles, still pushing her walker around the grounds of the Manor a few months before her passing. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Algoma Manor for their kindness and compassion. We would also like to thank Mom’s two special friends Gene Jones and Joyce Boyer for their unwavering support and friendship. We know you are not gone; you live on in our hearts and memories. Always walking, leaving tracks on the hearts of those you have left behind. Memorial donations may be made to the War Amps or charity of choice. Mom requested no visitation or service.
